Analysis of national COVID-19 test-result data across India, conducted with the Swasth Community Science Alliance to inform how testing capacity was allocated during the pandemic.

India conducted one of the largest COVID-19 testing programs in the world. The daily test-result data it produced were noisy and uneven across states. With the Swasth Community Science Alliance, I used those data to surface epidemiological patterns and inform how testing capacity was allocated across the country. The analysis code is public on GitHub.
